(More customer reviews)If you want ice in your plastic drink bottle, fill it about a quarter of the way with water and lay it down in the freezer propping up the top. I do this when I get home from work and after washing out the bottle. In the morning, there will be a nice wedge of ice in the bottle. Fill it up with your beverage and off you go.
If you are suspicious of plastic and think it might trigger poor health in the future, this technique works with stainless steel bottles without fear of hurting the bottle.
