(More customer reviews)What is not immediately apparent, is that one batch of ice cream is about 1/8 cup. That's fine, and probably a good treat for a small child, but disappointing if you think it's going to make more. The recipe booklet that comes with the mugz makes four batches. Small children will definitely need help, as 3 solid minutes of shaking is tiring on the arms. We found that five of the semi-circular ice cubes made by our freezer worked just fine and did not have to be crushed. Packaging was good, and adults had fun too.
